1. Air source heat pump water heaters are equipment with a high degree of automation. Periodic inspection of the unit status is carried out during use. If the unit can be maintained and maintained effectively for a long time, the operational reliability and service life of the unit will be unexpectedly improved.

2. For air source heat pump water heaters, always check whether the power supply of the unit and the wiring of the electrical system are firm, and whether the electrical components have abnormal movements. If so, they should be repaired and replaced in time.

3. The water filter installed outside the machine should be cleaned regularly to ensure the water quality in the system is clean, so as to avoid the damage of the main engine caused by the dirty filter of the unit.

4. Do not stack sundries around the unit to avoid blocking the air inlet and outlet. The surroundings of the unit should be kept clean and dry with good ventilation.

5. Users should pay attention when using and maintaining the air-energy heat pump unit: all safety protection devices in the unit are set before leaving the factory, and do not disassemble or adjust by themselves.

6. Always check whether the water supply, water tank safety valve, liquid level controller and exhaust device of the water system work normally, so as to prevent the air entering the system from reducing the water circulation, thereby affecting the heating capacity of the unit and the reliability of the unit operation.

7. Always check the working conditions of each part of the unit, check whether there is oil pollution in the pipe joints and charging valve in the unit, and ensure that the refrigerant of the unit does not leak.

8. The surroundings of the unit should be kept clean and dry with good ventilation. Clean the air side heat exchanger every year to maintain a good heat exchange effect.

9. Check whether the water pump and water valve are working properly, and whether the water pipeline and water pipe joints are leaking.

10. If the shutdown time is long, the water in the pipeline of the unit should be drained, the power supply should be cut off, and the protective cover should be put on. When running again, perform a comprehensive inspection of the system before starting it up.

11. When the actual water temperature of the air source heat pump water heater is inconsistent with the value displayed on the control panel of the unit, please check whether the temperature sensing device is in good contact.
