As far as the author understands, some dealers have caused the machine to strike because the machine is installed too low-due to the accumulation of rainwater in the low-lying places and the low temperature, the condensed water cannot flow out after the machine is defrosted, and it accumulates at the bottom of the machine. The whole unit froze.
2: There is a difference in the ratio of machines to the sun and the yin
The orientation of the building is also a key issue. There is also a difference in the ratio of machines between the house facing the sun and the yin. According to the years of experience of enterprises and dealers, the matching ratio of Xiangyang and Xiangyin is about 1:1.15. Taking a room of 100 square meters as an example, if the 5P unit is just right for Chaoyang, then the yin room may need to be equipped with 6P to meet the customer's demand for room temperature. From this we can see that installing the unit in a sunny position will save more energy and electricity.
Moreover, the installation location is facing the sun and the shade, and sometimes it will affect the normal operation of the machine. We know that the temperature in the shade is generally lower. When the ambient temperature is low, the unit in the shade is more likely to form frost, and the defrosting speed will also be affected. In severe cases, the unit will be scrapped.
Three: In addition, there are the following points:
1. When placing the host, adjust the position of the unit in time to ensure that the host is placed stably.
2. The water system, mainly the connection of the water pump, valve body, filter and other components between the host and the water tank, must be accurate.
3. Connect the circuit system, mainly connect the power cord, water pump, solenoid valve, water temperature sensor, pressure switch, etc. according to the wiring diagram requirements.
4. Take measures to prevent rain and snow for the equipment. The pipeline should be equipped with a thermal insulation layer, the thickness of the thermal insulation layer should meet the design requirements, and the thermal insulation layer and the pipeline should be firmly bonded. And the moisture-proof layer should be complete without gaps to prevent energy loss and the formation of condensed water to ensure the effect of the heating system.
5. Test the pressure of the water circuit to check whether there is water leakage in the connection of the pipeline.
6. Trial operation of the machine to check various parameters of the system.
